Our executive lounge experience was unbeatable, very cozy and offered fantastic views. The room was spacious and comfortable.

the metropolitan premier has a great fitness centre and a lovely indoor pool. the breakfast is amazing, with a huge variety of options! the staff's friendliness was a highlight of my stay, making me feel welcomed. the location is super convenient, very close to public transport as well.

We truly loved our stay! Spacious room with a delightful hot tub and bidet made our evenings special. The fantastic service—especially the friendly staff—created a warm atmosphere. Don’t miss the local eateries nearby for authentic Taiwanese breakfast. the sweet soy milk was a highlight. Future guests, consider dining out after 9 p.m. as in-house options are limited.

The attentive concierge team provided great local insights, enhancing our stay. Enjoyed a diverse breakfast buffet, especially the smoked salmon, though the restaurant service felt a bit rushed at times.

The stay was unforgettable, especially having the spacious Executive Connecting Room and enjoying the Clarins toiletries in the bathroom. I loved relaxing at the heated swimming pool and the spa centre that really helped me unwind. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a little boost in quality, but that didn't take away from the overall great experience! 🌟

Awesome stay in Taipei!

This place has a fantastic vibe! The rooms are super spacious and clean, with comfy beds. Loved the rooftop pool! Had to book a spot, but it was worth it. The staff was super friendly too. Just wish they offered more dining options. only a couple restaurants on-site. Overall, not a biggie!

The hotel features understated modern elegance with a blend of Japanese and Taiwanese sensibilities. Exceptional service from all staff was complemented by a standout buffet dinner that exceeded our expectations. The comfortable room amenities, including high-quality toiletries and a well-maintained lap pool, added to our satisfaction, making our long stay welcoming and enjoyable.

Breakfast choices were disappointing compared to dinner.

The Standard Twin Room was super comfy, with plenty of space to move around. The beds were really soft, great for relaxing after a long day. I loved the Clarins toiletries. they felt luxurious. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy. The view from the window was nice too! Drove me to explore more from my room. Just a little chilly, could've used better heating.

Can recommend for a brief pit stop

Very nice room, thoughtful service, and the hotel provided a bottle steriliser without request for my child, in addition to daily towel replacements which showed great consideration.

The croissants at breakfast were absolutely to die for—flaky and buttery perfection! Plus, the staff's hospitality was top-notch. they truly rolled out the red carpet for us. The location is fab, with easy access to the MRT for exploring Taipei's vibrant food scene!

But the restaurant's limited hours and lack of vegetarian options left us wanting more. Also, our room could use a thermostat fix. it was a bit chilly, even with a heater from housekeeping.
